We will not sell, distribute or profit from the information obtained from customers when placing orders. We are here for charities and organizations in need and feel no obligation to use information for any other purpose. When placing an order, customers do agree to our initial email newsletter sign-up but can unsubscribe at anytime within each newsletter.
ORDER PLACEMENT
Upon completion of placing an order, you will receive an email from PayPal, our online payment processor. This will be the only email you receive and will contain all of your order information.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to our project being one whom donates most of our profits (50 – 100%) for each print we sell, we offer NO REFUNDS**. We do our very best to package and ship each print with care and ship in a timely fashion. We utilize 3? ULINE Hard Poster Tube Mailers (for most orders) and package each print with the utmost care. From time to time, a print arrives slightly damaged due to negligence on behalf of our wonderful Postal Service. If you receive a damaged print, please send it back to us for equal exchange of the same print. If that specific print is unavailable, you can exchange for any other print (of equal value). ** If your order is, for whatever reason, delivered incomplete, we will gladly refund the value of any prints NOT in your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
When orders are received, they are shipped within 3-5 business days. Unless special notes are made within the item description for specific products. Although not common, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive (4-6 weeks for international orders). The shipping charges on your order are costs incurred through USPS to ship your order, packaging for your order (poster tubes, mailers, shipping labels, etc), and the physical packing of and delivery of your order to our local Post Office.
