We will not sell, distribute or profit from the information obtained from customers when placing orders. We are here for charities and organizations in need and feel no obligation to use information for any other purpose. When placing an order, customers do agree to our initial email newsletter sign-up but can unsubscribe at anytime within each newsletter.

Orders

When placing an order, you will receive a payment receipt from whichever payment processor you chose to pay with (paypal or google checkout) as well as an order confirmation email from our online shop. In order for us to correspond in any way, we will need your Order Number. This number will be in a “1001234″ format.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to our project being one whom donates most of our profits (20-30%) for each print we sell, we offer NO REFUNDS. We do our very best to package and ship each print with care and ship in a timely fashion. We utilize 3-inch ULINE Hard White Poster Tube Mailers (for 11×17 and large) and package each print with the utmost care. If you receive a damaged print, please send it back to us for equal exchange of the same print (if in stock). If that specific print is unavailable, you will be issued a store credit. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Unless special notes are made within the item description for specific products. Although not common, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive (4-6 weeks for international orders).

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are sent in a shipping notification email once your order ships. You can track the status of your order here as well.
